Getting your ticket

Collect paper tickets at the station or choose a digital ticket. Our digital E-tickets can be accessed by email, saved to your mobile phone and printed at home.

Our Advance, Anytime and Off-Peak tickets are all available as E-tickets. You’ll receive your ticket/s by email straight after you book and they’re really simple to use. You can:

• Open and show the PDF ticket on your smartphone

• Add tickets to Apple Wallet

• Register/sign in and download your tickets to the EMR app

• Print the PDF as a back up in case you lose your phone or your battery dies
